What cleaning services does AMH Pro Services offer?
AMH Pro Services is a professional cleaning company offering residential cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning in Massachusetts.
Does AMH Pro Services provide Airbnb cleaning?
Yes. Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning is one of our core services. We work with hosts, short-term rental owners and property managers to keep properties guest-ready between stays.
Do you provide Airbnb turnover cleaning?
Yes. We provide turnover cleaning between guest check-out and the next check-in, following a checklist built for your property. Beds and linens are included when they are part of your service agreement. Learn about Airbnb cleaning.
Do you provide recurring residential cleaning?
Yes. We offer recurring house cleaning on a set schedule, with each visit following a checklist agreed for your home. See recurring cleaning.
Can I schedule weekly or biweekly cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly and monthly schedules are available, as well as one-time cleanings. Your day and time are confirmed when you book.
Do you offer deep cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning is available for homes and rentals that need more detailed attention. The scope depends on the property and is confirmed in your quote. See deep cleaning.
Do you provide move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. We clean empty homes and apartments for tenants, homeowners, landlords, realtors and property managers. See move-in and move-out cleaning.
Do you provide post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We clean fine dust and residue after renovations, remodels and construction projects. Construction debris removal is not included. See post-construction cleaning.
Do you provide commercial cleaning?
Yes. We clean offices, clinics, gyms, small businesses and other professional spaces on schedules built around their hours. See commercial cleaning.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We work with property managers on Airbnb turnovers, rental unit move-outs and recurring cleaning across several properties.
Areas and booking
What areas of Massachusetts do you serve?
AMH Pro Services serves customers in Massachusetts, including Plymouth, Bridgewater, Halifax, Marshfield and Cambridge. If your town is not listed, contact us to check availability. See service areas.
How can I get a cleaning quote?
Fill out our quote request form with your property details, the type of cleaning and your preferred date, or contact us by phone or email. Quotes are free.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Supply arrangements are confirmed when you request a quote. If you prefer specific products, such as fragrance-free products or cleaners for natural stone, tell us and we will plan around them. Airbnb hosts usually keep guest consumables (toilet paper, soaps, coffee) on site.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a key, lockbox or door code. Access is agreed when you book.
Time and cost
How long does professional cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the property, the number of bathrooms, its condition and the type of cleaning. Regular cleanings are faster than deep, move-out or post-construction cleanings, and first visits usually take longer than repeat visits. We estimate the time with your quote.
How much does professional cleaning cost?
Cost depends on the size of the property, its condition, the type of cleaning, how often you book and any extras such as linens, inside appliances or interior windows.
