Why construction dust needs a different approach
Drywall sanding, cutting and demolition create very fine dust that settles on every horizontal surface, gets inside cabinets and drawers, and keeps reappearing if it is spread around instead of removed. Post-construction cleaning is usually done in passes: first to remove the bulk of the dust, then a detailed clean, and often a final touch-up right before the space is used or shown.
