What a move-out cleaning may include
With the furniture gone, we can reach the places a normal cleaning cannot. Depending on your quote:
- Inside kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Appliance exteriors, and interiors when included
- Bathrooms cleaned top to bottom
- Closets and shelving
- Baseboards, trim and door frames
- Light switches, outlet covers and handles
- Floors throughout, including edges
- Window sills and tracks when included
Scope is confirmed in your quote. Trash removal of items left behind, carpet shampooing, wall washing and repairs are not assumed; ask us about your situation.

Timing your clean
Book the cleaning for after the last box leaves and before keys are handed over. For move-ins, the best time is after the previous occupant is out and before your furniture arrives. Tell us your closing, lease-end or listing date when you request a quote.
