Questions about residential cleaning
Can I schedule weekly or biweekly cleaning?
Yes. You can schedule weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning, or book a single one-time cleaning. Availability for a specific day is confirmed when you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a key, lockbox or door code. We agree on access when we set up your cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Supply arrangements are confirmed during your quote. If you prefer specific products, for example fragrance-free or products for natural stone, let us know and we will plan around them.
How long does a house cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, how long it has been since the last cleaning and the checklist you choose. A first cleaning usually takes longer than the visits that follow. We give you a time estimate with your quote.
